Clinic Cafe, Gurney Plaza

原本这篇要写小宝贝的生日礼物的, 但是今天去了一间特别的餐厅用餐, 想把它写下来. 早上起来不知道要吃什么早餐, 老公还是老样子提议去小饭中心吃福建面/果条汤. 我吃到怕了,不想去. 刚好我要去Gurney Plaza买些东西,便想一路上找吃.就这样找到Gurney Plaza里面去,无意间给我看到这间以Clinic为主题的餐厅,很兴奋的在这里用餐.毕竟在Penang的主题餐厅不多,我所知道的只有Queensbay Mall的Toilet Bowl Concept Restaurant而已.

Clinic Cafe 有两间, 一间在北海Bandar Sunway, 一间在Gurney Plaza.

Cashier Counter好像医院的Reception Counter.

轮椅为椅子. 我老公看到了讲老人家会pantang不要来的, 会吗??

餐厅以红白为主.

手术台的灯 >0<

整 间餐厅的布置真的很下本钱 .

医生道具为"画"

窗帘也很"医院".

还有健康指南为"画".

Surgery Room 是厨房 ^__^

Waiter & waitress 都穿上医务人员制服, 他们的name tag 还注明doctor / nurse 呢! 真逼真. 可是, doctor的称呼是可以随便拿来用的吗?

味道如何? 普普通通咯, 不值RM16.80 咯, 虾是炸的, 不新鲜咯.

Chili sauce 来的 >0< 我个人来说, 食物是很普通, 纯脆是为了enjoy the special environment 而已, 不会为了这里的食物再来咯. 最后, 要讲的是, 这里的服务态度有待改进, 因为有一位女招待员很不友善. 我询问她是否可以将Udon换成Mihun的时候, 她全程对我们脸黑黑, 没有笑容, 像在生气的样子 @__@

Ah Koon Loh Mee

今天和老公吃北海驰名Ah Koon Loh Mee. 据老公说,这Loh Mee已有二十多年的历史了,他中学时期常吃的. 现在经营的应该是第二代了吧?

生意很好的. 从早上买到下午, 没有晚市的. 周末常常都是高朋满座的.

Loh Mee一碗的份量很大, 没有加大, 吃完了很饱, 到午餐时间都还不会饿呢!

鸡脚, 很够味.

卤蛋也很入味

两碗Loh Mee, 一碗鸡脚,另加两粒蛋, 共RM9.60

读了蓝天白云数格子的介绍,　就和老公忙里偷闲，　午餐时间来到Nｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ　Ｓｔａｒ　Ｃａｆｅ．虽然常来Ａｕｔｏｃｉｔｙ，　但是我从来没有注意到它，　要谢谢Ｓｏｃｋ　Ｐｅｎｇ的介绍　＾＿＾

午餐时间生意不错,　坐满了一半以上.　这里气氛很不错,　可是我没有拍到照片　＠＿＠

Ｍｅｎｕ做得很好,　很吸引，　看了什么都想吃.

西餐看来不错.

小吃也让人流口水.

忘了Sock Peng介绍过什么了.　看Mｅｎｕ的照片，就点了这个,　滑蛋海鲜河粉　ＲＭ８．８０
我是很少会点河粉的.　河粉是老公的最爱.　连老公都难以置信我会点河粉．可见他们的Mｅｎｕ做得很成功.

我没有试，老公讲不错.

这有点酒味,　我不喜欢酒味.

我们还点了三层奶茶（ＲＭ４．３０）　和鸳鸯　（ＲＭ３．８０），　味道不错．下次来要试他们的 西餐　＾０＾

Hard Rock Cafe & Hotel, Penang @ 13-12-2009

Hard Rock Hotel was officially opening in Penang few months ago. Finally we pay it a visit. We went for lunch at Hard Rock Cafe and walk around the Hotel after lunch.

All its foods look interesting and delicious. I would say its presentation is higher mark than its taste :)

A semi-boneless half-chicken marinated for 12 hours in a fresh ginger soy marinade, then slowly oven roasted. The chicken is then finished on the fire grill, basted & topped with diced grilled pineapple and green onions. Served with White Cheddar smashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.

emm.....I forgot what is this.....but looks delicious too, right?

Luckily that we were here early (11a.m.). It was full house after we had our lunch (or brunch).

Do you see the room? It is great!! You can go to the swimming pool without leaving your room, just open your sliding door and jump! I told my hubby:"I want to stay at this room if we stay here!!"
